Hi, I'm Chin. For the last 20 years in the FDW's-services industry, I have personally placed more than a thousand FDW's playing a part as their trainer, counselor, mediator and advocator. From experiencing and learning through the years, I have recognized different employers' requirements and expectations even though the job scope remains the same, honing my experience of the employer-employee matching technique successfully. After all that has been said, no one can guarantee that FDW's are fool-proof but I assure you, all decisions are made with empathy, honesty, integrity and with you in mind.
